Shoulders
The shoulder seam should end exactly where your shoulder does. No overhang, no pulling.
Chest
You should be able to slide a flat hand between your chest and the jacket. Any more is too loose; any less is too tight.
Sleeves
About half an inch of shirt cuff should show below the jacket sleeve.
Jacket Length
The bottom of the jacket should cover your seat and align with your knuckles when arms hang naturally.
