Common questions
Do offers stack?
One code per order. If you hold two, use the better one and keep the other for your next order.
Do the offers work in the stores?
Yes. Both Kalamazoo stores honour the same offer on the same dates. Mention it at the register.
Do sale codes apply to wedding party orders?
No. A wedding party has its own group pricing set on the wedding, which is usually the better deal; sale codes are for individual orders.
What counts as a first order or a first bundle?
Your first order at kctmenswear.com, or your first custom bundle from the bundle builder. Once per customer, by email.
Where do my sizes live?
On your Size Passport, which you can claim from the Size Bot or from a fitting in the store. It is yours to keep and to reuse for every order.
How does early access work?
Join the list with a mobile number and you hear first, by text, before an offer opens to everyone. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Are gift cards included?
Gift cards are never discounted, and they cannot be bought with a code.
