Return And Refund Policy
At Kalamazoo Custom Tailoring & KCT Menswear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a money-back return and exchange policy. We have been known for our amazing customer service for over 40 years and we promise to offer the same level of service to all of our online customers.
Eligible for a return:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging and include any tags (still presented in the same manor).
- It cannot have deodorant stains, sweat stains, make-up stains, animal hair, or smell like cologne, body odor, or smoke. In other words, we must be able to resell the item as new.
- Items returned used, not in the same condition, or without original packaging, may be subject to a 50% restocking fee or rejected.
- We are experts in finding the right size and fit for you. Contact us before or after ordering and we will help you figure out your size!
- Item(s) being returned for a refund must be returned within 10 days of delivery. Items cannot have been worn! Contact us as soon as possible.
- Item(s) being returned for an exchange must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
At Kalamazoo Custom Tailoring (KCT Menswear), we offer free shipping on all orders. However, in the event of a return or exchange, we kindly ask that you cover the cost of the return shipping label. In cases where we have made a mistake, such as shipping the wrong size or color, we will provide a free return label for your convenience. For exchanges, we will also provide a free return label for you to send the item back. "

Please note: Occasionally orders are sent directly from the manufacturer to the customer. Please DO NOT return any items to the manufacturer. All returns should be shipped back to KCTMenswear.com.
When returning or exchanging items, please note the following guidelines:
Shirts: To receive a full refund, shirts must be returned in their original packaging. If the shirt is repackaged, there will be no restocking fee. However, if the shirt is returned in a balled-up state, a restocking fee may be applied. To ensure the correct size, please reference the sizing chart and measuring instructions provided on our website before placing your order. If shirts are returned without packaging or tags, a 50% restocking fee will be applied. If there is no packaging at all, the shirt will be rejected.
Shoes: To return or exchange shoes, they must be in the same condition and packaging as when received and cannot show any signs of wear or use, such as walking creases or dirt on the bottom of the shoe. If the shoe box is returned without being properly packaged, a 50% restocking fee or rejection may apply.
Tuxedos/Suits: To return or exchange a tuxedo or suit, all tags must be intact and the garment cannot have been altered or tailored in any way. If tags are missing or if the item has been altered, the return/exchange will be rejected. Tuxedos and suits are often sold in "married sets" and if the coat or pants do not fit, we suggest taking the garment to a tailor. Generally, our tuxedos and suits include extra fabric that a tailor would be able to use. If the hanger, tuxedo bag, and other packaging are missing, a 50% restocking fee will be assessed.
Boys Tuxedos/Suits: To return or exchange a boy's tuxedo or suit, all items must be returned together in the original packaging and with tags attached. If one item is missing from the set, the entire return cannot be accepted.
Closeout/Discounted Items: Items marked as closeout or discontinued on our website and sold at a reduced price cannot be returned for a refund but can be returned for an exchange or store credit.
Please note that any products that do not meet our return policy guidelines (i.e. opened products, missing tags, used condition, etc.) will be rejected and the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the shipping fee is not paid, the package will not be returned. Please make sure your items meet our return policy before returning them to us.
