Sales Floor Associate / Cashier

KCT Menswear has been dressing Southwest Michigan for over 40 years. We're a family-owned formalwear retailer with stores in Downtown Kalamazoo and Crossroads Mall in Portage, specializing in suits, tuxedos, wedding parties, prom, and custom tailoring.
We're hiring Sales Floor Associates / Cashiers for our Crossroads Mall store in Portage. You'll help customers find the right look for weddings, proms, and special events. No formalwear experience needed — we'll train you.
Schedule: Part-time and full-time available
What you'll do
- Greet customers and help them find suits, tuxedos, and accessories
- Assist with measurements and fittings (training provided)
- Help coordinate wedding party and prom orders
- Run the register and process payments, returns, and exchanges
- Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and displays clean and organized
- Answer phone calls and customer questions about orders and availability
What we're looking for
- Friendly, reliable, and comfortable talking with customers
- Retail, sales, or customer service experience is a plus, not required
- Interest in fashion or menswear
- Weekend availability, especially during prom (spring) and wedding season
- Basic math and comfort using a register / POS
